Tiger prawns get their common name from the stripes that cover their shell.  They are an excellent source of high-quality protein and several important vitamins and minerals that support your good health. Tiger Prawns are served in many ways. You may stir fry (2-6 minutes, according to size), grill or barbecue (3-4 minutes on each side) or poach (3-10 minutes, according to size).  Removing the shells may be done before or after cooking, but peeling them after cooking makes for a juicier, more flavourful prawn.
